About this course

Creating fusible applique can be messy. Unlike traditional applique, we apply an adhesive to the back of our fabrics and fuse them to our quilts. One misplaced applique piece could be a disaster. Using a placement guide to construct our applique designs can eliminate a lot of frustration, allowing us to assemble the motifs and audition them on our quilts before making the final fuse.  In this course, Nanette will show you how to use Placement Guides for Applique to construct your applique designs. They allow you to assemble your motifs and audition them on your quilts before making the final fuse. Join me in this short tutorial course to learn my techniques for using placement guides for fusible applique quilts. FREE PATTERN INCLUDED!

Nanette S Zeller

Ever since learning how to quilt Nanette craved making her own applique patterns.  Tired of relying on commercial patterns, she started creating her own patterns using her photographs. Many of her original nature-inspired fusible applique designs quilts rely on placement guides for accurate construction.
